Aggressive Behavior

The Pooch Stylist is committed to provide a safe environment for clients and Staff. The Pooch Stylist reserves the right to discontinue service for dogs who display aggressive behaviour without improvement.

Please let me know in advance so i can give your dog the best chance and accommodate there needs.

Matting

Pricing varies depending on the severity of the matting.

Removing matted coat requires a lot of time, care, and patience so i like to have as much time as possible as i will never knowingly cause discomfort to your pet. In these cases the coat will be clipped to the necessary length for the wellbeing of your dog.

Fleas and Skin condition

I do not knowingly wash dogs with fleas or any Skin condition that could potentially spread and infect other dogs. If this is an occurrence you will be notified as soon as possible and the nearest vet will be suggested for further treatment.

This will come at a charge to cover the expense of the products used and to treat the salon.

The Pooch stylist has the right to refuse service if conditions are too severe.

Cancellation, No show and lateness

We all know life can get in the way and rescheduling an appointment is necessary. Please give at least 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 24hrs notice will forfeit your deposit amount.

Failure to attend your appointment will incur 100% charge of the scheduled appointment.

I understand sometimes you can’t avoid running late. As i am a solo one on one groomer and run on a back to back basis. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment unfortunately you will have to forfeit your appointment and lose your booking fee. This is to ensure the rest of the day runs smoothly and it does not affect my other clients after you.
